ROTARY DECK MOWER

John Deere introduces the 3245C rotary mower, which is equipped with a 48.5-hp, liquid-cooled John Deere Series 220 turbocharged diesel engine. The 3245C features five 21-inch independent rotary rear-discharge decks for a total cutting width of 88 inches. Height of cut ranges from 1 to 4 inches in ¼-inch increments and can be quickly adjusted without tools. The deck is made of 10-gauge steel, with two 5-inch-wide front rollers and one solid rear roller for attractive striping. The taller deck design also increases airflow and provides easier mulching and clipping dispersal.
