Henry Moore sculpture

This donated cast-bronze piece, “Four Piece Reclining Figure,” was in storage in New York City. The architect measured the pieces, designed the granite base and worked with the director of the Fogg Museum to find the proper location on campus. All arrangements were made for transportation, installation and lighting. The base design was studied and approved by Henry Moore prior to installation.

Louise Nevelson sculpture

This sculpture was donated to the university by the artist. “Night Watch” was unveiled on the same day that Louise Nevelson received an honorary degree from Harvard University. The architect worked to choose the proper location for the sculpture, design for the massive subsurface base and lighting.

Mary Frank sculpture

Set in a busy, prominent quadrangle where pededstrians first experience Harvard Business School, this sculpture was the first outdoor art acquisition and the beginning of many landscape-improvement projects. Plans were developed for the renewal of the 1927 landscape, as well as the setting for display of this well-executed sculpture.

Dimitri Hadzi sculpture

Situated in the heart of Harvard Square, “Omphalos” is a granite statue that sits directly in front of Harvard University's Lehman Hall (Dudley House). The architect redesigned Harvard Square to enhance pedestrian amenities and rebuilt all the surfaces above the subway line.
