Mike Trigg, CSFM, (Certified Sports Field Manager) superintendent of parks, Waukegan Park District, Waukegan, Ill., officially took office as the 15th President of the Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) on Jan. 20, 2005. The ceremonial passing of the gavel from previous president Bob Campbell, CSFM, University of Tennessee, took place during the association's annual meeting in Phoenix, Ariz., held during the STMA 16th Annual Conference and Exhibition.
