Publications in Construction and Agriculture (PICA), a subgroup of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), has selected Jeri Kannenwischer of Charles Machine Works as its Public Relations Person of the Year.

Kannenwischer serves as Public Relations/Advertising Manager for Charles Machine works (Ditch Witch) in Perry, Okla.

Senior editors at PICA publications choose the Public Relations Person of the Year as an outstanding example of “best practices” in media relations. The criteria the group uses to rank nominees include reliability, accuracy, quality of information provided, trustworthiness, integrity and level of experience about their company, products and industry. PICA recognized Kannenwischer for her work during 2004, presenting the award at AEM’s annual Marketing Council Seminar held May 15-17, 2005 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
