BASF Professional Vegetation Management (ProVM) recently announced the 2006 QVM Certified Applicators.

QVM certified applicators are chemical application companies that demonstrate superior vegetation management practices and make a daily commitment to the QVM principles. To become a QVM certified applicator, companies must qualify by meeting strict business requirements, including minimums for insurance, safety programs equipment and more.

Additionally, applicators at each company must pass an online training program consisting of QVM practices and principles, safety and protection, labeling and herbicide-specific modules.

Companies that qualify receive access to marketing support and incentives to help them provide an increased level of support to their customers, strengthen their leadership within the industry and help continue to educate the public on herbicide use and explain the benefits.
