John Deere Golf & Turf One Source and AMS Announce Marketing Deal

John Deere Worldwide Commercial & Consumer Equipment Division and Advanced Microbial Solutions, LLC (AMS) recently announced that SuperBio SoilLife will now be marketed exclusively by John Deere Golf & Turf One Source. Additionally, SuperBio Microbes and other new golf and turf products developed by AMS will also be marketed through the One Source program.

"This new arrangement allows us to offer golf course superintendents, builders, architects, owners and management companies the cost-effective benefits of SuperBio SoilLife microbial soil amendments through our distributors across the U.S. and Canada, says Dave Truttmann, division sales manager, John Deere Golf & Turf One Source. "To bring the customer the highest value, we needed to align ourselves with market leaders in compatible product and service areas, and ensure that partners share our values and commitment to the industry. We are excited about this expanded relationship with AMS.

SuperBio SoilLife is in the microbial soil amendment category, promoting high-quality turfgrass by improving the biochemical health of the soil. The product has been shown in wide commercial use and a variety of tests at major universities over the past four years to increase nutrient availability, reduce the impact of soil salinity and compaction, and improve water-holding capacity. The One Source program includes the availability of seed, fertilizer, chemicals, landscaping supplies, irrigation, fertigation, drainage and golf course accessories through a local John Deere distributor.
