Exmark Launches Spanish-Language Web Site
Recognizing the growing contribution the Hispanic community is making in the world of commercial landscaping, Exmark has launched a Spanish-language version of its Web site.
Recognizing the steady increase the industry has seen in the Hispanic labor force, as well as the proliferation of Hispanic-owned businesses, Exmark understands the importance of communicating effectively with this important customer group. The site allows Hispanic users access to features such as technical support and service tips, as well as a compilation of frequently asked questions about Exmark products, in the Spanish language.
Exmark has offered Spanish-language telephone customer support since mid-2000. In fact, it was the growing number of inquiries the company was receiving from Hispanic users that convinced Exmark that the time was right to develop the Spanish-language site.
In addition to the new Web site, Exmark has also produced Spanish-language versions of its "Driving in the Safety Zone" and Safety and Maintenance videos, along with Spanish-language maintenance checklists. Additional Spanish-language technical and education documents will be available later in 2004 as well.
