Ferris Industries will sponsor the 2005 EXPO "Run with the Winners" 5K run/walk to benefit the WHAS Louisville Crusade for Children. The event will take place at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at the EXPO center grounds in Louisville, Ky. All exhibitors and attendees of the International Lawn, Garden & Power Equipment EXPO are welcome to participate. The entry fee is $10, all of which will be donated to the WHAS Crusade for Children (www.whascrusade.org). Participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt and race number.

"We wanted to bring back the "Run With The Winners" race as a way of giving back to Louisville and the children of the community," said Bill Bower, director of marketing for Ferris. "EXPO and the city of Louisville have such a longstanding relationship. The community has always been a great supporter of EXPO, and we truly appreciate that."
