ANLA Announces Trusted Partners Program
The American Nursery & Landscape Association (ANLA) announces the launch of a new program called Trusted Partners, targeted at connecting businesses, the community, and the environment developed by the National Landscape Association (NLA), the landscape division of ANLA. This self-paced, peer-tested, values-based business development program equips green industry business owners with guidelines and measurement tools for making important changes to their company’s culture to operate at the highest standards of integrity in our industry. The Trusted Partners program is initially targeted at the landscape community, but may be expanded to serve all ANLA members.
ANLA members seeking to participate in the Trusted Partners program will receive the Program Guidelines and Self-Assessment at no cost. Members will, at their own pace, incorporate the values and procedures of the program into their businesses. As participants progress in the implementation of the program, they will have access to additional fee-based program materials and resources, such as ownership and management training and networking, independent third party assessments, a program manual, and consultants.
The ANLA Trusted Partners program is guided by six principles: committing to integrity in all matters of business; valuing relationships with customers and other business associates; providing quality and excellence in our work; promoting a family-friendly workplace that encourages career growth; respecting the environment; and supporting our community.
“We are very excited about the Trusted Partners program initiative. We are certain that it will prove to be an instrumental tool in the development of sound, long-lasting green industry business,” said Kent England, NLA president.
