ANLA and GCA reach agreement

The American Nursery & Landscape Association (ANLA) and Garden Centers of America (GCA) announced today they have reached an agreement on terms leading to a final separation of ANLA and GCA. The agreement settles all outstanding issues between the two organizations and includes a transfer of various assets from ANLA to GCA.

 

GCA President Dennis Burd and ANLA President Gary Briggs expressed satisfaction that the agreement is now final and a solution has been reached enabling both organizations to move forward independently to serve the industry.
