Briggs & Stratton Launches

As part of its Commercial Power group introduction, Briggs & Stratton is launching a new Web site designed specifically for its commercial customers. The site,, provides users interactive access to important information on products, accessories, service and support from the Commercial Power group.

Specific information and functions include engine maintenance schedules, illustrated parts lists, troubleshooting information, FAQs, owner’s manuals and the ability to contact Commercial Power service support online. A dealer and distributor locator allows customers to quickly find the nearest dealer and authorized service center.

“The Web is an increasingly important avenue for solutions-driven companies to demonstrate commitment to their customers,” said Doug Page, director of commercial marketing for Briggs & Stratton. “We understand that around-the-clock access to important Commercial Power service and information is important to our customers.”
