The Cat Rental Stores mark 350th store and 5-year anniversary
Caterpillar Inc. marks the 350th Cat Rental Store opening in North America with the grand opening of Louisiana Rents in Belle Chasse, La. This year also marks the fifth year in operation for The Cat Rental Store brand.
Locally owned and operated, Cat Rental Stores are designed to serve as a one-stop shopping opportunity for equipment rental and supplies for contractors. Along with a full line of Caterpillar machines, the stores also stock a wide variety of specialty items and equipment from other manufacturers, such as portable generators, light towers, saws and aerial lifts. Cat Rental Store employees undergo regular equipment training enabling them to advice customers and help them match equipment to specific application needs. Equipment rented from the Cat Rental Store undergoes frequent inspection and is maintained in “like-new” condition, which is intended to maximize uptime.
