DEWALT has introduced SERVICENET, a comprehensive service and repair website where people can find information and order genuine replacement parts directly from the company.

The extensive website features online parts ordering, “exploded art” interactive tool diagrams, wiring schematics, service notes, and downloadable “how-to” repair videos – making it easy for tool enthusiasts, contractors, and authorized dealer and repair partners to get parts anytime.

A “shopping cart” system allows customers to select and order parts, view up-to-date inventory status, and track their orders. Tool breakout diagrams link directly with appropriate part numbers for quick and easy selection so users can identify and choose the correct parts.

For DEWALT dealers and authorized repair partners, SERVICENET speeds up the ordering process and makes its easier to administer warranty claims.

Large-scale orders for parts can be entered online with the “Quick Order Builder,” a feature which makes entering multiple line items simpler and faster.

For improved customer service, DEWALT dealers and repair partners can use SERVICENET to track orders and have parts shipped directly to their customers. Notes can be entered in the system to keep track of customers’ special requests.
