DLF-Trifolium Makes Equity Purchase

DLF-Trifolium A/S completed the equity purchase of the Cebeco Seeds Group and its affiliated companies based in France, Germany, England, Czech Republic, China and the United States.

The DLF and Cebeco groups here in North America look forward to the opportunities this new combination will afford. DF-Trifolium had previously purchased Jenks Seed Connection and combined this operation with their existing U.S. subsidiary to form DLF-Jenks. General Manager, Claus Sass, explains, “This acquisition provided DLF-Trifolium a much larger access to the U.S. market than they had previously enjoyed. This latest acquisition will more than double that access.”
