Exmark Promotes Stinson to President, CEO

Exmark Mfg. announced the promotion of Mark Stinson to president and CEO. Stinson is based in Beatrice, Neb., at Exmark’s corporate headquarters.

Stinson, formerly a controller at Exmark for seven years, replaces Dennis Himan, who was promoted to vice president and general manager of Toro’s international business division. Stinson came to Exmark from Deloitte & Touche and graduated from University of Nebraska-Kearney with a major in accounting and a minor in finance.

“Since 1996, Mark has played a key role in Exmark’s financial management and was instrumental in its successful integration with Toro,” said Ken Melrose, chairman and CEO of The Toro Co. “His continually increasing responsibilities combined with valuable mentoring under Dennis Himan have prepared Mark well for this position.”
