Farmers National Company Adds Mapping Technology Services

Richard Hahn, president of Farmers National Company, announces that the Omaha-based company Infinite Decision Systems (IDS) has joined Farmers National Company as a new division. Since 2001, IDS has served a variety of clients across the nation by specializing in GPS and GIS mapping technologies. The new division will provide a full scope of mapping technology information for golf courses, construction companies, lake or pond owners and real estate, as well as maps for agricultural landowners. Hahn adds, “The addition of IDS to the Farmers National family of services gives us the ability to handle all landowners needs, above and below the ground.”

Steve Bartosh, former president of IDS, and current division manager for Farmers National Company, stressed that golf course mapping will continue to be a focus for the division. “We know golf course mapping technology,” he said. “Our products have been developed by professional golf course managers to help superintendents maintain their courses in the most efficient, productive way. I am very excited about being a part of the largest farm management company in the nation. By utilizing the best farm managers’ knowledge in conjunction with our technical expertise, we can build a leading agriculture mapping technology business.”
