Flowtronex launches Integrated Water Management initiative

Officials from Flowtronex recently introduced a new initiative named “Integrated Water Management”, which combines fertigation, pH control, irrigation and filtration with single source accountability. The result of rolling these processes into one pumping system is true integrated water management.

By using the most advanced technology available, IWM makes the pump station the focal point where data can be retrieved from all points in the irrigation cycle process. Tools, such as Internet-ready cellular phones, allow golf course superintendents to control and monitor a system from virtually anywhere in the world.

There are several key elements to IWM. Nutrient injection products, such as Nutrifeed, play an important role in the maintenance of quality turf and can be integrated into the system. Superintendents can then adjust nutrient rates at the pump, microdosing nutrients lightly with each irrigation cycle.
