Gas prices continue decline

Gasoline prices continued their steep decline, now (as of Oct. 29) averaging $1.23 a gallon.

The Midwest and Gulf Coast regions posted the lowest prices, at $1.16 and $1.15 respectively. The West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions were highest, at $1.47 and $1.37, respectively.
