The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America offers an online course, "Responsible Pesticide Use for Golf Course Management," which was recently awarded pesticide credit by California. The cost $85 for GCSAA members or $125 for non-members, and can be ordered through the GCSAA website at www.gcsaa.org.
