John Deere Credit simplifies purchasing agents' jobs
John Deere Credit presents two leasing programs that make municipal and governmental budgets stretch to fulfill a variety of different needs. While the municipal lease offers a low-cost alternative to paying cash for equipment, the JDC FlexVantage lease allows agencies to lease equipment for short-term projects.
This new offering from John Deere Credit give municipalities and government agencies the flexibility they need to acquire equipment for specific short-term projects, such as weed abatement and short-term renovations. The governmental operating lease features include:
Low monthly payments;
Flexible terms to match projects;
Equipment purchase option at end of leasing term;
Re-lease or return option at end of leasing term; and
Non-appropriations of funds clause.
The municipal lease is specifically designed to allow purchasers to incorporate payments into operating budgets—eliminating budget-drain from large cost outlays. Features include:
Low-interest rates;
Low payments (with options for monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual payments);
Up to a five-year lease;
Full ownership at end of lease term;
Non-appropriations of funds clause; and
Prepay without penalty.
