LESCO announces the opening of nine new LESCO Service Centers in the first three months of 2004.

“We opened 21 LESCO Service Centers last year, and those stores certainly outperformed our expectations,” observed Michael P. DiMino, LESCO’s president and chief executive officer. “We are convinced that the lawn care, landscape, golf course and pest control industries offer considerable growth opportunities for us, and opening new locations is an obvious way for us to pursue this growth and better serve our customers.

“We are already seeing strong performance from our service centers that have opened this year and we are even more excited about the additional 15 to 20 locations that we plan to open up in the coming months,” added DiMino.

The nine new service centers that already opened this year are located in:

• Brookfield, Conn.

• Kaukauna, Wis.

• Wilmington, N.C.

• Matthews, N.C.

• Pleasant Valley, Mo.

• Collinsville, Ill.

• Lewis Center, Ohio

• Millersville, Md.

• Austin, Texas

These new service centers give LESCO a total of 256 service centers across the country, as of March 31, 2004.
