Profile Products LLC has hired Doug Smith as a VP of manufacturing, responsible for production and logistics at Profile's three manufacturing plants. Smith joined Profile after 15 years with McWhorter technologies Inc, a specialty chemical co. based in Carpentersville, Ill.
