Reinders 16th Turf Conference
The 16th Reinders Turf & Irrigation Conference at the Waukesha Expo Center (suburban Milwaukee, Wis.) promises to be bigger and better than ever. Held every two years since 1971, the event features nationally known speakers, offers seminars and brings a variety of industry manufacturers together. This year’s conference takes place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 12 and 13. More than 40 educational sessions are scheduled, covering topics such as erosion-control products, starter fertilizer, water gardening, landscape lighting, equipment maintenance and more. The conference will also showcase a tradeshow with more than 65 manufacturers displaying products and services ranging from equipment to control products to lawn care accessories.
Keynote speaker Marty Grunder, president of Grunder Landscaping Co. in Dayton, Ohio, will offer advice on “How to Re-Invent Your Lawn Service, Lawn Care, Landscaping or Tree Trimming Business with Million-Dollar Marketing Management & Motivational Secrets.” Don Lutyens of American Excelsior will discuss “Erosion Control Products for Slopes” and Dwight Johnson of Profile Products will be on hand to talk about “What Hydro Mulches to Use When & Where.”
Don’t miss the new product bargain closeout tent where you’ll discover tremendous savings on hard-to-find items. Each morning attendees will be treated to hot, tasty donuts, a Reinders’ tradition since its first show more than 30 years ago. Lunch will also be served and each afternoon features a social hour where you can enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow industry professionals with free refreshments and a chance to win door prizes.
