Shindaiwa Service Seminar XVI
The 16th annual Shindaiwa Service Seminar was recently held at Harvey’s Resort & Casino on the shores of Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
After a welcome reception dinner for the service managers, the meeting commenced the next morning. A total of 21 distributor service managers from North America and seven International customers from Europe and Australia attended the annual event. The agenda for the meeting focused on new and exciting C4 Technology products, maintaining low emission engines, a ServiceBench update on processing electronic product registration and warranty claims, cut-off saw training, and a review of product related issues.
According to Pete Fernald, technical services manager for Shindaiwa, Inc., “the interaction and sharing ideas from our distributor technical service managers is just one reason for hosting the annual meeting. And, with so many international representatives attending, we heard many fresh perspectives.”
