Shindaiwa Teams-Up with ServiceBench
Shindaiwa, Inc. announces the addition of ServiceBench for its online product registrations and electronic submission of warranty claims. The Web-based technology of ServiceBench is a complete Internet solution for manufacturers, distributors and dealers in simplifying and speeding-up various business-to-business transactions.
Shindaiwa dealers now have the capability to submit all of their Shindaiwa warranty claims directly over the internet. And, since the process is electronic, validation of warranty claims and issuing credits can be managed much faster compared to handling claims the old fashioned way with traditional mail. “No more waiting and waiting just to see if a claim will be approved, and no more delays from incomplete warranty forms”, says Pete Fernald, Shindaiwa technical services manager. Besides submitting warranty claims online, the program offers product registration (coming soon) as well as many other powerful features and applications for dealers. For example, with ServiceBench, dealers have the capability to electronically research a customer’s prior warranty history on a specific model.
ServiceBench offers a complete online tutorial, and periodically schedules live training classes via a combination of telephone and Internet communications.
