Turf and ornamental group adds new faces to sales force
Lisa Bostock, Kent Redding, Jay Golz, Mark Ringkob and Linda Satter have all joined the Dow AgroSciences Turf & Ornamental sales team following a business realignment. In addition, Bruce Miehle, formerly the general manager for turf, ornamental and technical products, will now serve as the national sales leader for the Specialty Products business, which includes the Turf & Ornamental, Vegetation Management and Range & Pasture divisions.
Leading the West district for the T&O team and located in Sacramento will be Bostock, a longtime Dow AgroSciences employee with a strong marketing background. Ringkob, a graduate of Iowa State University, also joins the West district as a sales representative. He will cover Northern and Central California as well as a majority of Nevada.
With experience in research and development, sales and vegetation management, Redding will take the role of sales manger for the Mid America district. Golz, also an Iowa State graduate, joins this district as a sales representative. His territory includes Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.
Satter joins the East district T&O team as a sales representative with responsibility for Georgia, southern Alabama, the Florida panhandle and eastern Tennessee. She has been with the company for more than 12 years.
Dow AgroSciences announced a reorganization in September that simplified the company structure and realigned talents and responsibilities. The restructure placed greater emphasis on the turf and ornamental business by grouping it with other specialties such as range and pasture and vegetation management, making it an even more valuable business partner to the green industry now and in the future.
