Turfco Direct has launched its new Parts Pledge program, which offers service, parts and equipment in a timely manner without the need for a dealer or distributor.

“In working with Turfco Direct, customers can work directly with our sales and service staff and get direct service and direct answers to their questions,” said Scott Kinkead, vice president of Turfco Manufacturing.

With the Parts Pledge program, Turfco Direct has enhanced its pledge to provide superior service to lawn care professionals by offering guaranteed delivery of all next-day orders, or the freight is free. The program also includes no minimum parts order, two-year warranty on all products and 24-hour online parts and equipment ordering and service.
