Turf-Seed Donates to NC Turfgrass Council

Hubbard, OR -- Vanessa Jensen of Turf-Seed, Inc. presented a check for $1132.00 to Gene Maples, Executive Director of the Turfgrass Council of North Carolina at the annual awards luncheon during the NC Turfgrass Conference held in Charlotte this past January. The check was provided in support of the “Blue Tag” program sponsored by Turf-Seed, Inc. and was promoted through sales efforts of Turf-Seed distributors to golf course and landscape professionals throughout North Carolina.

“We are delighted to support turfgrass research interests of the NC Turfgrass Foundation through our Blue Tag program. The contribution that the foundation has made to turfgrass research has been invaluable. I am glad that Turf-Seed, Inc. can support this endeavor,” remarked Vanessa Jensen, Sales Manager of the southeast.
