Tyler expands custom mapping serviceBruce Jasurda, chief operating officer, today announced that the company is expanding its custom mapping service with the hiring of Brad Peiffer to head its new custom mapping service. The service, which was launched two months ago, is already experiencing huge customer demand according to Jasurda.
In this newly created position, Peiffer will be responsible for the marketing and management of Tyler's custom mapping service for the golf course and public grounds markets.

Tyler's custom mapping service utilizes Global Positioning System satellite technology that was developed and perfected by the U.S, military, is accurate to within 18 inches and has seen widespread use in the agriculture industry for almost a decade. It has been custom designed for golf courses and public grounds and provides customers with precise data on their baseline acreage, thereby optimizing their fertilizer and chemical use.
