UHS, UAPT and York Form Combined Marketing Group
United Horticultural Supply, UAP Timberland and York Distributors announce the completion of their marketing group, which serve the professional turf and ornamental, structural pest control and vegetation management/forestry industries. The team will provide all product, supply chain and communication needs for the various market segments.
Each of these affiliated companies is under the umbrella of United Agri Products, developers and distributors of crop production products and services to growers across the United States, Canada and various foreign countries.
Curtis Clark, Director of Business Development and Marketing, will lead the marketing team. Clark has extensive experience in he professional turf and ornamental industry as well as with vegetation management. He will serve as the liaison between suppliers and the various business segments.
Richard Baker, Fertilizer/Seed Products Manager, will be responsible for coordinating all business with various suppliers and blenders that handle fertilizer and seed, primarily for the turf and ornamental segment.
Jonathan Duran, GIS/GPS Solutions Manager, will be responsible for the continued integration of GIS, GPS, and other spatial technologies into various product and service offerings across the market segments.
Keven Ireland, ASMS Business Manager, comes to the group from the UAPT side where most recently he has been responsible for the development of the aerial spray marking technology.
Russ Mitchell, Strategic Products Manager, will oversee product analysis and development, actives, field and end-user training, as well as other opportunities with strategic partners.
Brian Payseno, Communications Manager, will be responsible for all internal and external communication, including advertising, Web site development, trade shows, and other forms of promotion.
Lowell Stivison, Programs Manager, will manage all supplier and end-user programs.
Robby Toombs, Innovations Manager, comes to the group from the UAPT side where he explored and developed technology and services, providing customer-centered business solutions.
Steve Wiest, Proprietary Products Manager, will be in charge of all private label and corporate branded products.
Maggie Beatty, Programs Administrator/Marketing Support, has been working in the UHS administrative group as an administrative assistant.
