VERSA-LOK Retaining Wall Systems promotes new president

Todd Strand was recently promoted to president of VERSA-LOK Retaining Wall Systems, Patio Town, Willow Creek Concrete Products and Handy Stone Corporation. Strand started at Patio Town in 1980. In 1987, he helped Patio Town owner, Peter Blomquist launch VERSA-LOK Retaining Wall Systems, where Strand filled every position from accounting to sales representative. As president, Strand’s duties will include assisting with new product development and business expansion, working with patents and trademarks and other administrative duties.

In addition to his role as president, Strand is also a prominent member of the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA). During the last 10 years Strand has sat on several task groups and committees and continues to be active in the association.
