West Coast Turf Hires Joe Traficano

West Coast Turf announces the addition of Joe Traficano to its sales team. Traficano has experience working with cool and warm season turfgrasses in golf course construction and maintenance, and sports turf management. A certified golf course superintendent, Traficano most recently served as superintendent at Desert Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale.

Traficano received a bachelor's degree in agriculture with an emphasis in turfgrass management from the University of Arizona. He is past president of the Cactus and Pine Golf Course Superintendents Association in Arizona.

"Joe brings the expertise of a golf course superintendent and turf manager to our sales staff," said Jeff Cole, West Coast Turf's vice president of sales. "He understands the other side of the business. Our customers will truly benefit from his knowledge."
