Japan-based Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI) announced that its successful alliance with Suzuki Motor Corp., which has enabled both brands to expand their product lines in the U.S. market and to share development costs for select models, will now include a utility vehicle.

Suzuki will be given the opportunity to market its own branded version of the Kawasaki-built MULE 3010 4x4 utility vehicle.
