Mid-Am Adds Product Demonstrations to 2006 Show
The Mid-America Horticultural Trade Show (Mid-Am) has added product demonstrations to the show for 2006, offering visitors a chance to see new technologies, how-to demonstrations and innovative products for the green industry. The demonstrations are geared toward landscapers, retailers and horticulture professionals attending Mid-Am. Demonstrations for the 2006 show include hardscape installations, tree pruning and tree I.V. injections, computer software systems, equipment and more.
The Product Demonstrations will take place during the show Jan.18-20 at Lakeside Center in Chicago's McCormick Place Convention Center. "A special Product Demonstration Area will be set up at the back of the show floor with seating so that the demonstrations can be viewed by as many people as possible," commented Mid-Am managing director Rand Baldwin, CAE. "The demonstrations will occur at the top of the hour with new, innovative, instructive or hot topics of interest designed to enlighten those working in the green industry."
"We have a great line up of demonstrations scheduled for Mid-Am '06," observed Baldwin. "The variety of products is designed to appeal to a wide audience attending Mid-Am." A schedule of Product Demonstrations at Mid-Am will be available at the show and on the Mid-Am Web stie at www.midam.org.
