HydroPoint Data Systems, Inc., a developer in weather-based irrigation management, announced that Shea Homes is implementing WeatherTRAK irrigation controllers in more than 3,000 homes in Arizona, California, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington. Shea Homes selected WeatherTRAK controllers to protect property investments and reduce water bills.

Bert Selva, president and CEO of Shea Homes, said he choose WeatherTRAK controllers because they have been proven in more than 7 years of scientific study to reduce water use by up to 59 percent and runoff pollution by as much as 71 percent.
