Wargo Joins Georgia-Pacific’s NITAMIN Team
Georgia-Pacific Resins, Inc. recently announced the appointment of James Wargo as technical service agronomist for NITAMIN nitrogen fertilizer technology. Wargo will assume responsibility for coordinating the development of scientific communications for NITAMIN steady-delivery fertilizers.
Wargo will help analyze laboratory and field study data, set up and monitor field and university studies, and provide education about NITAMIN.

Wargo holds a master’s degree in pomology from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from the University of Connecticut. He also has co-authored five publications on the fertilization, harvesting and storage of apples, sweet cherries, peaches and nectarines.
